ATSV Heat Exchanger Install Guide
Remove front bumper, crash bar, etc to gain access to the stock heat exchanger, usually easiest to drill holes in the plastic shield to get to the bolts holding the stock HX on.
Use the provided fittings here to connect to the factory hose, remove the quick connect fitting from the factory hose, note the angle of the fitting.
Will need to trim the plastic here for fitment
Will need to shim the bumper support out a bit with supplied washers and possibly bend the horn bracket a hair so that the horn clears, we have provided 2 sets of washers just in case, 1 washer is usually enough but may need to use both sets in some cases.
